On a hot day your dog goes looking for the coolest spot in the house: the bathroom tiles, the shade under the deck, the floor by the back door. This mat gives them a cool-touch surface wherever you put it, on the floor, in the crate or on the couch.
The top is a cool-feel fabric over a light padding layer, with a breathable mesh base. There's no gel or water inside, so there's nothing to leak and nothing to refill.
The mat feels cool to the touch; it doesn't replace shade, fresh water and airflow. On very hot days, walk your dog in the cooler hours, keep water within reach, and never leave a dog in a parked car.
Which size?
Measure your dog lying stretched out, from nose to the base of the tail, and pick a mat at least that long. If in doubt, go one size up: dogs like to sprawl in the heat.
S: 50 x 40 cm, cats and toy breeds
M: 60 x 50 cm, small dogs
L: 70 x 55 cm, small to medium dogs
XL: 100 x 70 cm, medium to large dogs, or large dogs lying curled up
