This store is operated by Snuggro, a trading name of Hopman Ecommerce, Rhijnesteinstraat 7, 3945 CT Cothen, Netherlands (KvK 74653962, VAT NL002441569B41). "We", "us" and "our" mean Snuggro. "You" means the person browsing this site or placing an order.
By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is free across Australia. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Our products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, though colours can look different from one screen to another.
These are sleep and comfort products for general use. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition, or you are not sure whether something is right for you, speak to your doctor first. This matters especially for the sleep strips: do not use them if you have any difficulty breathing through your nose, a blocked nose or a cold, or if you have or suspect you have a sleep breathing disorder. They are not for children.

Using this site
Keep any account details accurate and your password to yourself. Please do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to copy it for a competing service.
Our content
The text, images, layout and branding on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing here excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other right that cannot legally be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to what you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
