A flat pillow lets your head sink and a thick one tips it up. The Cool-Touch Contour Pillow gives you two heights in one: turn it around to sleep on the 8 cm side or the 10 to 12 cm side, whichever feels right for you.

The top panel is a smooth cool-touch fabric that feels cool when you first lie down. Underneath is slow-rebound memory foam shaped with a hollow for your head and recesses for your arms when you sleep on your side.

Memory foam can take 24 to 48 hours to regain its full shape after unpacking.

Is this a medical pillow?

No. It's a comfort pillow. If you have ongoing neck or back pain, talk to your doctor or physio.

Which height should I use?

Try both. Side sleepers often like the higher side because it fills the gap between head and shoulder. Back sleepers often prefer the lower side.

Does it come with a cover?

Yes, it comes with its cover on. It's 62 x 41 cm and contoured, so a standard pillowcase sits loose on it.

How do I clean it?

Follow the care label on the cover, and let the pillow air regularly. Don't put the foam in the washing machine.

Does it smell when new?

New memory foam can have a slight smell for the first day or two. Let it air in a room with an open window.

Can I return it?

Change-of-mind returns need to be unused and in the original packaging, because we can't resell a pillow that's been slept on. Faults are always covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
