Where we ship

We ship across Australia. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. After that, delivery usually takes a further 5 to 9 business days.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Public holidays, weather, industrial action and other things outside our control can add time. If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, contact us and we will refund it in full.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email once your order has been processed. If you have not received one within 5 business days of ordering, email us with your order number and we will chase it up.

Where your order ships from

Orders are dispatched from a supplier outside Australia. The price you pay at checkout is the full price. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

More than one parcel

If you order several items they may be sent separately and arrive on different days. That is normal, and it never costs you more.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost because of an incomplete or incorrect address, although we will always do what we can to help track one down.
